Education shoul be egalitarian regardless of any influnces whatsovever because when it comes to education, only the best is what the future of our nation should get which is why the Sabha decided to invest its efforts into the making of Shree Jain Vidyalaya for Boys (Howrah). The Sabha believes that quality education is not a privilege but a fundamental right and should it should be accessible to all strata equally which is why they decided to pull thier socks and within a matter of 10 months the school was ready to operate!
The school started running on the 25th of June 1992 with Mrs. Olga Ghosh as their Principal and shares the campus with the Girl’s School (location). We are recognized by the State Board and have around 2300 young men in total from K.G to class XII.
The Kindergarten was a new addition made in the year 2018 which hosts around 60 students ranging between the age of 4 ½ to 5 ½ years of age from both the girls as well as the boys section combined where students get 3 hours of learning from 7:30 to 10:30 in the presence of teachers, staff members and air conditioned, vibrant state of the art learning areas. Other than the Kinder Garten, other classes from I to XII run from 11:40a.m. to 4:30p.m

Classes IX and X are the Pre Madhyamik batches and they are at a stage where they are on preparatory grounds for their board exams so other than the internal examinations, innumerable online examinations and mock tests are provided to the pupils in addition to various grooming sessions provided by specialized institutions to help them get better results.
Class XI & XII are the Higher Secondary Section which is comprised of Science, Commerce and Humanities stream.Affiliated to the West Bengal Higher Secondary Council, the section has gained in strength year after year. Highly advanced, technically sound, state of the art laboratories are there for the science group (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and computers. Besides the conventional Council exams, there are continuous comprehensive evaluations, keeping in mind the needs of the students.
Affiliated to the West Bengal Higher Secondary Council, the section has gained in strength year after year. Highly advanced, technically sound, state of the art laboratories are there for the science group (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and computers. Besides the conventional Council exams, there are continuous comprehensive evaluations, keeping in mind the needs of the students.
The school believes in holistic growth and specialized exposure on the basis of the need of the students which is why not only academics but a sound co- curricular foundation is also laid for the students to stand upon. Regular activities and competitions like Archery, gymnastics, Taekwondo, Olympiads and spell- B not only allow our girls to shine bright likie diamonds but also explore opportunities and identify what their true interest lies in.Attempting to make this experience better and to deliver only the best as that’s what they deserve has now become our true motive because our girls have never failed to make us proud and shall continue to do so.

On the basis of age groups, the School has been bifurcated into the Primary Section, Middle School Section, Pre Madhyamik-Section and Higher Secondary Section. The Primary Section is composed of classes ranging from K.G to IV where all the classrooms are Air- Conditioned and focus is levied more to make learning a fun filled and interactive experience. Academic, co- curricular as well as cultural activities are given equal weightage. Our activity room is also a host of various activities like Taekwondo,Dance, Yoga etc.
Classes V- VIII fall under the Middle School which is an age where our pupils are under a highly impressionable age which is why other than Academics, importance in character building is given importance to so activities which enhance leadership qualities, self-dependence, oratorical skills and sportsman spirit is encouraged. Keeping this is mind various activities and celebrations like Hindi Diwas, Rabindra Jayanti, Gandhi Jayanti, National Festivals etc. are celebrated. Students are also encouraged practical learning which is why practical classes happen from class V onwards like our 2 Computer Labs encourage our kids to keep up with the rapid growth in technology holding more than 30 computers in each lab.
